My role

Lead Product Designer (UX/UI). I worked as the main designer on the project, guiding the product definition and design decisions.

My mission

Lead the design of a legal tech web application from scratch to MVP, including user flows, UX/UI design, usability testing and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Internal legal tech web application designed to support legal professionals in managing complex workflows.

Context & approach

Context / Problem

The project started from scratch with a strong legal and business complexity. The product needed to support legal professionals in managing structured workflows, while remaining usable for non-technical users. The scope and requirements evolved throughout the project.

Objective

Design a first usable MVP that aligns business constraints, legal requirements and real user needs, while laying solid foundations for future iterations.

Approach

I collaborated closely with the business analyst, product and technical teams to structure user flows, define the design backlog, design wireframes and final screens, and run usability tests to validate key assumptions.

Outcome

A functional MVP (V1) was delivered and released. The product is now in use internally and a V2 is currently under discussion, confirming the relevance of the design choices.
